1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VizMyHome ("the Service"), operated by VizMyHome Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VizMyHome provides AI-powered visualization tools for home improvement projects. The Service includes rendering capabilities, material catalogs, homeowner portals, and contractor tools. Renders are AI-generated approximations and do not constitute architectural plans, engineering documents, or binding construction estimates.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Contractor accounts must be registered by an authorized representative of the business.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days. The Project Pack is a one-time purchase; renders included do not expire.
5. Render Limits & Overages
Each plan includes a monthly render allowance. Unused renders do not roll over to the next billing period. Overage renders are available at the per-render rate specified for your plan tier. Overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle.
6. Free Tier
The Explorer tier provides limited free access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits, features, or availability at any time. Free tier accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deleted with 30 days' prior notice.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of photos you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use those photos for the purpose of providing the Service, including AI rendering. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized, aggregated render data for the purpose of improving our AI models. AI-generated renders are licensed to you for personal and commercial use related to your home improvement projects. Contractor accounts may use renders in their sales and marketing materials.
8. Homeowner Portal
Contractor-created portals are accessible to designated homeowners via shareable links. Contractors control portal content and branding. VizMyHome is not responsible for the accuracy of estimates, material descriptions, or project details provided by contractors through the portal.
9. Disclaimers
AI-generated renders are approximations. Actual construction results may differ in appearance, color, texture, and dimensions. Cost estimates are ranges based on regional averages and do not constitute binding quotes. VizMyHome is not a licensed contractor, architect, or engineer. "Find a Pro" matching is a referral service; we do not guarantee contractor quality, availability, or pricing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizMyHome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to renders and portal data will be removed after a 30-day grace period.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
